STAINLESS STEEL FOR YOUR COMPONENTS

Water & Wastewater Treatment

Screens, filters, housings and pipe components need material and surfaces suited to the water they handle. We help you work through grade, fabrication and cleaning requirements using your water conditions and component drawing.

Material for the Parts You Make

Filter baskets, screen cylinders and filter housings

Troughs, pipe components and support frames

Metal filter elements with slotted filtration surfaces

Material, Processing & Surface Options

Surface Options for Your Part

Filter and Screen Surfaces

The surface of your mesh, perforations, edges and welds needs to work with the specified cleaning and operating conditions.

Water chemistry, solids, opening dimensions, edge condition and cleaning method help define the material and fabrication brief.

Housings and Welded Assemblies

We help you consider the inside and outside finishes together with the grade and joining requirements of your assembly.

Show the wetted faces, crevices, drain points and weld finishing on your drawing or specification.

Processing & Samples

  1. Water and Cleaning Conditions

Details of the water, treatment chemicals, deposits and cleaning access help us understand the operating duty.

  2. Filter Geometry and Joining

Your opening sizes, screen or filter geometry, bends, connections and weld details guide the fabrication requirements.

  3. Finished-Surface Checks

The agreed surface, edge and weld checks reflect how the finished assembly will be used and cleaned.

Information for Your Enquiry

You can enquire with a drawing, sample reference or a short description. The details below help us review the material, processing and delivery you need; share what you already know.

Water and chemicals

Water chemistry and chloride exposure help us review material options for the intended service.

Operating conditions

Temperature, solids and abrasion requirements help describe what the finished component needs to withstand.

Welds and edges

Identify the weld, edge and surface condition required on the finished assembly.

Drawing and checks

A drawing, dimensional tolerances and required checks help us review the material and processing brief.

Quantity & Delivery

An estimated quantity and destination help us review delivery options. You can also include any inspection documents, protective film or packaging your order needs.

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Your Material & Ordering Questions

Can I choose a grade from the incoming-water description alone?

Include the water chemistry after treatment and concentration too. Cleaning agents, temperature, deposits and stagnant zones can change the exposure. These details help us discuss the material for the component where it will actually be used.

What should I send for an industrial wastewater application?

Any available analysis of dissolved salts, acids, alkalis, solids and other contaminants is useful. Add normal and worst operating conditions and the cleaning procedure, or attach an existing process specification.

How can I enquire about material for a screen or filter?

Attach the component drawing with thickness, openings, tolerances and edges where known. Weld and surface requirements help define whether sheet, plate or tube is the appropriate starting form for the planned fabrication.

Can I include drinking-water project requirements?

Yes. Send the installation location, project material specification and required water-contact documents. The final surface, weld treatment and inspection requirements can be included with the grade and dimensions.
