PVD Colour Coating
Specify the stainless steel substrate and base finish, then the required colour. The finishing route covers film removal, colour coating, protective-film application, inspection and packing.

Requirements for Your Surface Finish
Material and Dimensions
Specify the product form, grade, dimensions and quantity. Add coil dimensions where applicable, together with dimensional tolerances and edge requirements.
Appearance and Coating
Specify the base finish, any decorative or colour treatment, and whether an anti-fingerprint topcoat is required. Identify visible faces and agree colour, gloss and pattern using physical samples.
Forming and Inspection
Describe roll forming, stamping or bending after delivery, including visible areas and surface acceptance requirements. Add drawings or reference details to the request.
Protection and Packing
Describe protective-film, handling and packaging requirements, plus delivery destination and any documentation needed.
